📦Shipping
What services do you offer?
We arrange international air, ocean and road freight, door-to-door delivery, warehousing and pet relocation. See the Logistic Services page for details.
How do I get a shipping quote?
Contact our team with your origin, destination, item or pet details, preferred dates and any special needs. We reply with options, timing and a price.
What items can I not ship?
Restricted and prohibited items differ by country, carrier and transport method. Read our Shipping Guidelines first, and contact us if you are unsure about a specific item.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. For international shipments we suggest booking several weeks ahead. For pet travel, allow 30 to 60 days for vet checks, paperwork and airline space.
📍Tracking
How do I track my shipment?
Open the Track page and enter the tracking number we gave you. You will see the latest status and milestones.
How often is tracking updated?
Updates are added at key checkpoints, such as pickup, departure, arrival, customs release and delivery. Timing depends on the route and carrier.
My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Check the number for typing errors. New shipments can take a short time to appear. If it still fails, contact support with your number and we will check it.
What happens if my shipment is delayed?
Delays can come from weather, customs checks or flight changes. Your tracking status will show the update, and our team can explain the cause and the next steps. For live animals, we prioritize their care during any delay.
🐾Pet travel
How is my pet kept comfortable in flight?
Pets usually travel in a pressurized, temperature-controlled hold area. We plan routes and timing to limit waiting time, and a suitable crate with water and a familiar blanket helps your pet stay calm.
Can I sedate my pet before the flight?
We strongly advise against it. Sedatives can affect breathing and blood pressure at altitude, and many airlines refuse sedated animals. Speak to your vet about safe ways to keep your pet calm.
Can flat-faced breeds fly?
Often yes, but with extra care. Breeds such as bulldogs, pugs and Persian cats are sensitive to heat and breathing stress. Some airlines restrict them, especially in hot months, so contact us early to plan the safest route.
What size crate does my pet need?
Your pet should be able to stand, turn around and lie down comfortably. Airlines have their own crate rules, and we will confirm the right size for your route.
📄Documents
What documents are needed for pet travel?
Requirements depend on the destination, but commonly include:
- An international health certificate, usually issued shortly before travel
- A microchip record
- A valid rabies vaccination certificate
- Import permits or blood tests where the destination requires them
Always confirm the rules for your exact destination before you travel.
Will my pet need quarantine on arrival?
It depends on the destination country. Some countries need no quarantine when paperwork and tests are complete, while others have strict rules. We help you check the requirements and prepare the documents.
What documents do I need for cargo?
Usually a commercial invoice and packing list, plus any permits or licences your goods require. Requirements vary by country and item, so ask us before you ship.
💳Booking & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options are confirmed with your quote. Contact our team to learn which methods are available for your booking. You receive a full cost breakdown before you confirm.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes are often possible, but fees and deadlines depend on the carrier and service. Read our Terms of Service and contact us as soon as your plans change.
How is my personal information used?
We only use it to arrange and track your shipment. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
