Terms of Service

Standard terms and conditions governing freight handling, global transit telemetry, and platform use with PrimeGlobalShipment.

Effective Date: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, accessing, or utilizing freight forwarding services and tracking tools provided by PrimeGlobalShipment ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our platform and services.

2. Cargo & Freight Handling Guidelines

Clients requesting transit services must ensure all cargo meets international air, ocean, and overland safety criteria:

  • Consignment Declaration: All descriptions, dimensions, weight metrics, and declared values must be fully accurate prior to pickup.
  • Prohibited Materials: We do not transport illicit substances, hazardous materials outside authorized IATA/IMO classes, or contraband restricted by international law.
  • Packaging Standards: Goods must be packaged securely in accordance with export standards to withstand standard multimodal transit.

3. Tracking Telemetry & Portal Access

Real-time tracking codes provided by PrimeGlobalShipment serve as active operational status reports.

  • Tracking telemetry is updated continuously across port, customs, and air hub checkpoints.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their tracking reference numbers.
  • Automated scraper access or unauthorized penetration testing on our web portals is strictly prohibited.

4. Customs Clearance & Inspections

Cross-border consignments are subject to inspection by government customs agencies, border officials, and port authorities. PrimeGlobalShipment is not liable for transit delays arising from routine border holds, customs physical inspections, or missing regulatory documentation required from the shipper or consignee.

Customs & Duties Policy: All local tariffs, import duties, and taxes assessed by destination border authorities remain the sole responsibility of the designated recipient or client unless prepaid via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

While PrimeGlobalShipment maintains an industry-leading on-time delivery record, we shall not be held liable for transit delays or losses caused by Force Majeure events, including extreme climate disruptions, natural disasters, international port strikes, air traffic ground stops, or armed conflict along global trade corridors.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect updates in international shipping regulations or platform enhancements. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication to this page.
